Collinearity of Three Points

Three points:

$$A(x_1,y_1,z_1),\quad B(x_2,y_2,z_2),\quad C(x_3,y_3,z_3)$$

are collinear if:

$$\frac{x_2-x_1}{x_3-x_1}=\frac{y_2-y_1}{y_3-y_1}=\frac{z_2-z_1}{z_3-z_1}$$

Usage

- Used to test whether three points lie on one straight line.
