Direction Cosines of a Line

If a line makes angles $$\alpha,\beta,\gamma$$ with the positive coordinate axes, then:

$$l=\cos\alpha$$

$$m=\cos\beta$$

$$n=\cos\gamma$$

where $$l,m,n$$ are its direction cosines.

Usage
