General Tangent Ratio
If:
$$u(x)\to0,\quad v(x)\to0$$
then:
$$\lim_{x\to a}\frac{\tan u(x)}{\tan v(x)}=\lim_{x\to a}\frac{u(x)}{v(x)}$$
