Infinite Limit
If $$f(x)$$ increases without bound as $$x$$ approaches $$a$$:
$$\lim_{x\to a}f(x)=\infty$$
If $$f(x)$$ decreases without bound:
$$\lim_{x\to a}f(x)=-\infty$$
Usage
- Used to describe unbounded behaviour near a point.
