Limit of a Rational Function
For:
$$f(x)=\frac{P(x)}{Q(x)}$$
if:
$$Q(a)\neq0$$
then:
$$\lim_{x\to a}\frac{P(x)}{Q(x)}=\frac{P(a)}{Q(a)}$$
Usage
- Used for direct substitution in rational functions when the denominator is non-zero.
