Normal in Slope Form

For the ellipse:

$$\frac{x^2}{a^2}+\frac{y^2}{b^2}=1$$

a normal with slope $$m$$ has its point of contact satisfying:

$$m=\frac{a^2y}{b^2x}$$

Usage

- Used when the slope of the normal is given and the corresponding point needs to be determined.
