Endpoints of a Pair of Conjugate Diameters

If one endpoint of a diameter is:

$$P(a\cos\theta,b\sin\theta)$$

then the endpoints of the conjugate diameter are:

$$Q(-a\sin\theta,b\cos\theta)$$

and:

$$Q'(a\sin\theta,-b\cos\theta)$$

Usage

- Used to determine conjugate-diameter endpoints parametrically.
