Leibniz Notation for Related Rates

If $$x$$ and $$y$$ depend on $$t$$:

$$\frac{dy}{dt}=\frac{dy}{dx}\frac{dx}{dt}$$

Usage

- Used to connect the rate of change of one variable to another through the chain rule.

Question 1

A particle moves along the curve $$y=\frac13x^3-3x^2+11x-5$$ Find the coordinates of the point on the curve at which the rate of change of its $$y$$-coordinate is exactly twice the rate of change of its $$x$$-coordinate with respect to time.
