Sotris Trust is the basic tente for all relationships , so building an enviroment or trust is one of the (1) important things one can do to (2) a positive work environment. It is a philosophy that must be demonstrated in everything you and your staff do. Trust is about doing what you say you are going to do and be ing who you say you (3).
