M's share = 3/8
N's share = 1/6 of remaining = 1/6 of 5/8 = 5/48
Remaining share = 1 - $$\frac{18+5}{48}$$
O's share = $$\frac{3}{7}$$ * $$\frac{25}{48}$$ * 44352
