Normal Form from General Equation

## Formula

For:

$$Ax+By+C=0$$

divide by:

$$\sqrt{A^2+B^2}$$

to obtain:

$$x\frac{A}{\sqrt{A^2+B^2}}+y\frac{B}{\sqrt{A^2+B^2}}=-\frac{C}{\sqrt{A^2+B^2}}$$

## Usage
