Equation of Line: Slope-Intercept Form

## Formula

$$y=mx+c$$

## Terminologies

- $$m$$ → Slope of the line.

- $$c$$ → $$y$$-intercept.

## Usage

- Used when the slope and $$y$$-intercept of a line are known

Question 1

Let the line $$L$$ be the perpendicular bisector of the segment joining $$A(2, 5)$$ and $$B(6, 1)$$. A point $$P$$ moves on $$L$$ such that the area of triangle $$PAB$$ is $$10$$ square units. What is the sum of all the x and y coordinates of all such points $$P$$?
