If $$f(x)$$ changes sign at $$x=c$$, then:
$$\int_a^b|f(x)|\,dx=\int_a^c f(x)\,dx-\int_c^b f(x)\,dx$$
Usage
- Used when $$f(x)\geq0$$ on $$[a,c]$$ and $$f(x)\leq0$$ on $$[c,b]$$.
