Area Under a Curve
If:
$$f(x)\geq0$$
on $$[a,b]$$, then the area under the curve $$y=f(x)$$ and above the $$x$$-axis is:
$$A=\int_a^b f(x)\,dx$$
Usage
- Used to calculate geometric area using definite integration.
