Symmetry About a Point
For a function satisfying:
$$f(a+b-x)=f(x)$$
we have:
$$\int_a^b f(x)\,dx=2\int_a^{\frac{a+b}{2}}f(x)\,dx$$
Usage
- Used when the integrand has symmetry about the midpoint of the integration interval.
