Equation of a Circle Tangent to Two Given Lines

If a circle is tangent to two intersecting lines, its centre lies on one of their angle bisectors:

$$\frac{A_1x+B_1y+C_1}{\sqrt{A_1^2+B_1^2}}=\pm\frac{A_2x+B_2y+C_2}{\sqrt{A_2^2+B_2^2}}$$

Usage

- Used to determine the possible centres of circles tangent to two intersecting lines.
