Number of students who got placed from the HR specialization = $$\dfrac{11}{100}\times\ 1200=132$$
Number of students studying in HR specialization = $$\dfrac{12}{100}\times3600=432$$
So, required percentage = $$\dfrac{132}{432}\times\ 100=30.56\%$$
So, correct answer is option (B).
