Geometric Mean
## Definition / Concept
The geometric mean between two positive numbers is the number that makes the three numbers a GP.
## Formula
If $$g$$ is the geometric mean between $x$ and $y$:
$$G=\sqrt{xy}$$
Therefore:
$$x,G,y$$
are in GP.
## Usage
- Used to insert geometric means and solve GP-based problems.
