## Formula

The sum of the first $$n$$ terms of an AP is:

$$S_n=\frac n2[2a+(n-1)d]$$

If the last term is $$l$$:

$$S_n=\frac n2(a+l)$$

## Usage

- Used to calculate the sum of a finite arithmetic progression.

Question 1

The sum of the common terms of the following three arithmetic progressions.
$$3, 7, 11, 15, \ldots, 399$$
$$2, 5, 8, 11, \ldots, 359$$ and
$$2, 7, 12, 17, \ldots, 197$$, is equal to _____.
