In questions below, each passage consists of six sentences. The first and sixth sentence are given in the beginning. The middle four sentences in each have been removed and jumbled up. These are labeled as P, Q, R and S. Find out the proper order for the four sentences.

Question 95

S1: I had halted on the road.
P: As soon as I saw the elephant I knew I should not shoot him.
Q : It is a serious matter to shoot a working elephant.
R : I knew that his 'must' was already passing off.
S : The elephant was standing 8 yards from the road.
S6: I decided to watch him for a while and then go home.

The Proper sequence should be:

In the sentence S, the elephant is introduced.

So, sentence S must follow S1. Also, sentences P and Q form a pair. Sentence P tells that the person did not feel like shooting the elephant. The proper continuation to this will be sentence Q, where the author thought it was a serious matter to shoot a working elephant.

Sentence R forms a pair with sentence S6, where the author tells that he was observing the elephant passing off.

So, the correct order is SPQR.
