Width of the track is the difference between the radius of outer circle and inner circle = $$R-r$$

Inner circumference = $$2\pi r=352$$

=> $$2\times\frac{22}{7}\times r=352$$

=> $$r=56$$ m

Similarly, $$2\pi R=396$$

=> $$R=63$$ m

$$\therefore$$ Width of the track = $$63-56=7$$ m

=> Ans - (D)
