$$A=0.abcabc......$$

So, $$1000A=\left(abc+0.abc......\right)$$

or, $$1000A=\left(abc+A\right).$$

or, $$999A=\left(abc\right).$$

or, $$A=\frac{abc}{999}.$$

So, To get an integral value ,we should multiply A by a number which is a multiple of 999.

From choice 2997 and 1998 both are multiple of 999.

D is correct choice.
