I have 69% in 10th and 73% in 12th with a grad cgpa of 8.37, Male non engineer (BSc Biotechnology). can i get calls from IIM BLACKI, shillong or even udaipur

With a CAT score of 98 percentile and above, you have a good chance of getting calls from newer IIMs and the like. Places like BAC tend to consider a whole array of information about you, so unfortunately your past grades might hold you back. You never know though!
