heights h1,h2 are in the ratio 5 : 4
curved surface area (C S A) = $$ 2 \pi r h $$
$$ \frac{C S A1}{C S A2} =\frac{2 \pi r1 h1}{2 \pi r2 h2} = \frac{r1 h1}{r2 h2} = \frac{ 2 \times 5}{3 \times 4} = \frac{5}{6} $$
