Average DI for 2010 = (1500+1200+1200+700+500+400+600+1000+1000)/9 = 8100/9

Average DI for 2009 = (1500+2000+1000+1300+800+1800+2000+500+1500)/9 = 12400/9

Average DI for 2013 is highest.
