(x-3)(x-4)>0 why do we represent this as x>3 and x<4 not, x>3 and x>4

Hi (X-3)(X-4) >0 so this means both should be greater than 0 or both less than 0 so even if we take individually x-3>0 and x-4>0 The common region or overlap is x>4 similarly when less than 0 the overlap is x<3.
