with this percentage 37.5% in cls Xth 53.2% in cls XIIth & 53.33% in graduation can i expect any good college for MBA even after scoring 99.9+% in CAT 2016

yes because in cat u need only 50% in graduation ,and it only depends on ur percentile to get good college

Your grades, CGPA etc are in the past and can't be changed now. The only thing in your hands is your CAT percentile which you should try to maximise.
