While filling the form of srcc gbo, amount was debited yet showing payment is pending. (happened twice from two different cards). tried reaching them but couldn't get through. What should I do?
Even after sending mail, talking to them over the phone, no change or update at all from their side. Payment is still pending too. Not sure how are they going to fix this issue.
Drop a mail at pgdgbo@srcc.du.ac.in alongwith all the details and do attach the screenshots
Sent the email with all the details yesterday. But even so, there is no change. The payment still shows pending on the profile. Is anyone having any updates regarding this?

Exact same thing happened with me. Amount got debited from two different accounts and now no response from them.
Happened with me too. What is the solution? Also, no response on the contact details shared. It's been more than 2 days.
