Even after sending mail, talking to them over the phone, no change or update at all from their side. Payment is still pending too. Not sure how are they going to fix this issue.

Yup same thing happened with me as well
Amount debited and still payment pending even after paying twice . 
Dropped multiple mails to the GBO mail ID still no reply.
