which colleges can i apply with 96 percentile in MAT?

At 96, It is unlikely that you will get calls from SIMSREE
You are just on the border-line for many good colleges namely XIME, PUMBA, NIT.
It is recommended to target them.
There are plenty of other colleges available at 96th percentile in MAT.
You can target BIMTECH, BIMM, Jaipuria, Aliiance.
If you are able to get calls from XIME, PUMBA, fantastic. Else, unless you score above 97–98 percentile where one can target good colleges, settling for these other colleges such as Jaipuria might seem like a down gradation.
There are 4 MATs a year. I would recommend you to write MAT again.
If you managed 96 percentile now, scoring 98+ percentile is far easier than compared to the efforts required in CAT.
The ROI of colleges BIMTECH etc makes it a risky affair. Hence, execute due diligence before selecting a college.
