When I am doing RCs in mocks or in practices, If I write the points in my notes, it is taking alot of time like around 12 to 15 minutes for just 1 RC and the accuracy is decent in that case.If I dont write and just read it and trying to solve I am not getting good idea on how to solve

your summary should not be long make it short or in words or in whatever language you can understand and no need to attempt if you are not sure :)

with practice ur speed will improve,try mind mapping instead of writing cause with writing u wont be able to maximise ur score
im targeting above 40 with 3rc and va

If your accuracy is above 80% then you should follow the notes method
