whatever i do , i am not able to increase my VA RC section .. it has been ranging between 15-20.. most of the times i am getting stuck between 2 options and i am not able to figure out which one is correct.... guide me.

When you get stuck between 2 options read very carefully and FOCUS ON IDENTIFYING THE ONE WITH AN ERROR.
