what should I do ,to be good in numbers. I have solved the 1st slot of time material regarding numbers. but as I m attempting cat quotient or times sectional test on numbers my score is extremely bad.

There are a limited number of concepts in Number System, which upon learning will increase your score significantly.
Read the concepts of remainder theorems, HCF-LCM, factors, finding the last 2 digits etc. This should help you with many questions.
