What Rank should I maintain to get Percentile in late 99s?

Instead of going with a rank, I suggest you go with percentages. Aim for 60+ percentage score with high accuracy.

Once you started scoring well(95+), it's about not repeating mistakes to score 99%tile+. Starting to score well looks more important to me.
