Generally over the years , a safe score is around 30 + for getting a call for HRM and 32+ for BM for females , Conversion depends on a lot of factors but still the more high you score especially for XLRI the more chances you have for converting

It will depend on difficulty of exam i guess u should get a 87+ if the paper is moderate
