Now, HCF of fractions is given by,
H.C.F of numerators / L.C.M of denominators
H.C.F of numerators = 13; L.C.M of denominators=10
Hence, H.C.F of numerators / L.C.M of denominators = 13/10
=1.3
Hence, 1.3 is the correct answer.
