What is the best strategy to maximise percentile from 60 to 99? Would just giving mocks analysing and reattempting them on a daily basis help or is there something better I can do?

I think giving mocks regularly and analyzing your mistakes should be enough. Make sure that you don't need to attempt questions you do not know. There is no place for guess work here. Do not waste time behind questions you don't know.
