Try GMat ; if not start investing for long term or prepare for govt. exams

Invest 1 more year, give your best and go for ALL the mba exams. With all the learning from this attempt and the extra effort you will surely land a decent college. 2-3 years of workex is normal, you have a year or two extra big deal. Doesn't matter much.

you can try for ISB or one year executive MBAs in IIMs.. its not end of the world if you dont get PGP...
