what happened to cat 2019 toppers list. so many scores are missing

Hello sir, if I am within rank 2300 in cracku's toppers list and as 95 percentile means top 5 percentile which is approx top 10k people. So can i expect my percentile above 95 on the basis of that assumption? Plz clarify. Thank you.
