I think the bird should be at the top of the wall ,
Now taking it to be wall of height h and bird be at point P
and considering B to be at right side at a distance x and A to be at a distance of x-30 on the left side
Now PAB =60 and PBA=30
Now tan 30 = h/x we get h =x/rt3
Now tan 60=h/x-30 we get x=45 and h=15rt3.
