The correct answer is d but I am not able to understand how is option a correct. Please someone explain

Water is 120+60+120 from 1st 2nd and 3rd mix. K=180, P=180, D=60
Option a says same amt of water and first mix. Total water is 300 and the quantity of entire first mix in the final mix is also 300. Option c is also correct. Hence D
