The ratio of the price of a pen to that of a pencil is 5 1 whereas the ratio of the weight of a pen to that of a pencil is 3: 1. The weight of a packet of pencils is twice the weight of a packet of pens. By what percent is the price of a packet of pens less than the price of a packet of pencils?.​
