The perimeter of a rhombus is 4x and sum of the length of diagonals is 2y.Find area of the rhombus.

diagonals be p and q, then p^2+ q^2=4 x^2 also p+q=2y 2pq= (p+q)^2-(p^2+q^2) this gives pq in terms of x and y then area=pq/2
