The following is known about three real numbers x ,y and z where x is more than or equal to -4 and less than or equal to 4 ; y is more than or equal to -8 and less than or equal to 2 and z is more than or equal to -8 and less than or equal to 2. Then the range of values that M = ( x*z )/ y can take is best represented by : 1. x is more than negative infinity and less than positive infinity 2. x is more than or equal to -16 and less than or equal to 8 3. x is more than or equal to -8 and less than or equal to 8 4. x is more than or equal to -16 and less than or equal to 16

the max value for xz is 16

min value will be -32

but x,y,z are real numbers ----> so y can take values like 0.00001.....

if the value of y nears to 0 the value of the fraction will go towards infinity
