Yes, my friend got a call at 90%tile in 2019 from IIM Indore without any work experience. She was a B.com student and had cleared the sectional cutoffs. If you're an Arts student, the chances of getting a call will increase further but would require more effort during the GDPI/interview process to compete with 95%+tilers.

What about bcom students who have above 1 year of work experience and good acads?

As I said, getting a call is quite possible but cracking the interview is a different ball game altogether. You can check out the weightage assigned to parameters like CAT score, acads, work ex etc by IIM Indore to see where you stand. I would suggest aiming for a 95%tile+ to get a competitive composite score. You'll be competing with many 99+tiler GEM candidates who didn't get any calls from ABC.<br>
