number of men = 10
let average weight of 10 men be X
total weight of 10 men will be 10X

average is reduced by 5 due to the change
therefore new average = X-5
therefore new total weight = 10X-50

change in the weight after the first change is 10X-(10X-50) = 50
therefore the weight of new member must be 50

newest members weight is 10 less then the earlier new mmber = 50-10 = 40

I HAVE SOLVED ONLY TILL HERE.
