The answers and the options in most of the Verbal ability sectionals seems to be quite dubious. It feels as if the options are made to trick the students but at the cost of quality/ relevance. Any thoughts?

Not intrinsically hard, but confusing. Options feel half-baked.
But in real CAT from 2017 to 2019, I have never had any difficulties where the options can be tricky but are designed well.
