sometimes i score 99 percentile in DM and sometimes i get 55.please suggest what to do

With just 2 days to XAT exam, practise more of previous year XAT questions.
Decision making is not all about being ethical, neither is it about being completely business oriented.
XLRI wants to intake students with a balance between a certain degree of ethics and business priority.

By solving more of their previous year questions, you will get an insight into what kind of individual/business person they want to select and groom.
Practising 1/2 previous year papers would be sufficient to give you an understanding.
Also, keep your preparation minimal for tomorrow so that you are well rested for the exam.

Remember one thing, decision-making section always requires a balanced solution. Whenever there are multiple stakeholders involved, it is important that each constraint is addressed. Don't subscribe to ethics alone or business interest alone.
