Firstly take a break from your studies, for some days, and do something that really makes you happy. Either play any sports, watch movies or any tv series, visit a friend etc. Do not even think of studying in this period. Actually, you are in a guilt cycle, which will not let you study until you let it off you. Stop blaming yourself or the circumstances, you just cant change your past. Include 30 mins to 1 hr of workout in your schedule, this will do wonders, if you dont want to do this then do guided meditation everyday atleast 15-20 mins. I had wasted the complete december in the same mental state, that's why such a long answer. I hope it helps you!
