Hi arun,
Nirmal said it correctly.
Try to solve as many previous year papers and mocks.
You will start realising your weaknesses and where you need to focus on.
For grammar preparation, read newspapers everyday.
Magazines and novels are a good source to build static GK since GK make for 20 out of 25questions.
Since there is no sectional cut-off, try to bank on your strong areas.
On the day of the test, if you feel a particular section is dicey or tough, then adapt your strategy accordingly.
Lastly I will give you a secret tip. CMAT has 1/4 negative marking. If you mark 4 questions randomly, you will have an expected score of +1/4. While this is 0 for CAT, IIFT and XAT
Make use of it by maximising your attempts.
All the best:)

strategies can only be made by giving mocks and analysing where you are making mistakes and what are your strong and weak areas so that you can focus on strong areas to maximise your scores....... solve previous years ppers and give a few mocks.
