if you really want to take admission this year, you may go ahead. But if you think you can give cat another try, you may not. frankly speaking, you should consider the aforementioned rather than settling for a tier-3 college. anyway, do what you think is best for you. good luck!

It would be your call.But I would prefer to connect with an alumini of college to know about actual placements,faculty,etc.
